Your privacy is very important to us at Thepatchstore.com. Any information provided is used strictly to process your order or fill a request. Your information will never be sold or provided to any other companies.
Security:
All orders are sent using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. We do not store credit card information. Once your order has been processed the credit card information is deleted.
Acceptable forms of payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Shipping / Taxes:
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground or US Postal depending on weight (determined at checkout). UPS Ground charge will be $8.00. US Postal charge will be $3.00. Illinois residents will be charged 8.0 % sales tax.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Returns:
Custom designed patches may not be returned. The PatchStore's stock/inventoried patches may be returned within 45 days of shipment and should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. There is a $15.00 restocking charge.
International Orders:
At this time we only accept online orders for the continental United States.
Pricing:
Thepatchstore.com reserves the right to cancel an order for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Thepatchstore.com will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing bank.
